Health and Fitness are 2 of the most important things in life.

By being physically fit, it can make a person look lean both inside and out.

In today’s world there are loads of sports like football, skiing etc. to keep fit and have a good health and fitness but
if you really want to get more muscles, you should do additional physical and special muscle building exercises.

You can prevent many injuries and diseases and help your overall health and fitness just by doing physical exercises
because that way the muscles get stronger and don’t get injured so fast.

Science has proved that people who have a healthy lifestyle and are doing regular physical exercises for their health and fitness simply LIVE LONGER.

Let me stress that again. Just by building muscles and doing exercise 2 to 3 times a week you may live 10 years LONGER!!
Also the chances are much lower that you will have to have your own home nurse and cannot care for yourself.

There are Japanese people that have been very active during their live with Karate, Kendo, Kug-Fu et cetera, who are still snowboarding every year. With 77 YEARS!! Just because they had an eye on their health and fitness in their lifes.

-By doing some sports like basketball, jogging, and so on you keep yourself fit.

do some crazy stuff as snowboarding with 77 years 🙂

Health and Fitness – 8 Simple Health and Fitness Tips That You May Be Ignoring Because You Are Busy

In my many years of facilitating entrepreneurs and solopreneurs the idea of slowing down and taking a break seem foreign to most of my client. They believe that they have to keep forcing life to happen to be successful.

Unfortunately, nothing can be further from the truth. I am here to tell you that there is much easier way to enjoy life. There are several simple ways to break this pattern and I am going to reveal some of the best to you. Here are eight simple health and fitness tips that you may be ignoring because you are too busy.

#1: Rest:

Get the proper amount of rest. While you are sleeping your body is making repairs and balancing all parts of your body.

Your brain and heart is resting and preparing for the next day. Your brain is the part of the body that is the most closely related to stress.

Without the proper amount of rest, it does not handle stress and anxiety the way it was designed to.

#2: OK, how much rest do we really need for stress relief?

What is the proper amount of rest? Each of us has an internal clock that lets us know when we are getting the right amount of rest.

Some may be comfortable getting five or six hours of rest each night, others may not feel up to par if they don’t get eight to ten hours.

Your body knows how much rest it needs, listen to your internal clock. This leads to the question of exercise.

#3: Is exercise good for stress and anxiety?

Many of us do not like to hear about this stress reliever. It is exercise. Yes, physical activity will help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety!

#4: What if you don’t like to exercise?

There are many ways of getting the physical activity that your body needs. Pick an activity that you enjoy and take part in that activity five days a week.

#5: Dancing is enjoyable to many people, and it is great exercise.

#6: Take your pet for a walk, enjoy the nature in your local park.

#7: Get on that bike that has been stored in your garage!

#8: Do I need to check with my doctor to see if I am physically fit?

If you are starting an exercise program for the first time, check with your doctor to be sure you can physically take part in your choice of exercise.

Remember, even a small amount of physical activity is better than none at all.

Start slow and add speed and more activities are you are comfortable with them.

Simply follow the steps above and you will be able to incorporate health and fitness into your daily life. Now, I challenge you to do something about your problem by maybe seeing your doctor and get busy with the strategies I outlined above.

10 Top Tips to Health and Fitness

The following ten tips should improve your health and fitness.

1. Get up Early: It is the most important to get up early in the morning. In the morning, air is fresh and full of oxygen which enters lungs and energizes us. The workouts made at that time are the most fruitful and favorable for muscle growth. The first thing we should do after awakening is stretching and warming up. Next is strength and aerobic exercises. No other work like shaving or cooking should be done without completing your workouts because energy levels at this time are at their peak and the same should be utilized in workouts.

2. Daily Workouts: Select a suitable workout program for you and do it daily for at least 25 minutes to an hour depending on your previous exercise record. If you have been living a sedentary life, 25 minutes are sufficient initially and in case you are not new to exercise, you may continue beyond 25 minutes. If you are a smoker, consult your physician or start with due caution. Include aerobics in your workout program. The workouts comprising aerobic exercises give long lasting freshness to our face and body. After workouts, take a rest for 15 minutes and go for showers.

3. Diets and Nutrition: Avoid dieting. You should eat all you want to eat and no excess should be made in eating for any food item. It is not a diet that causes obesity but the excess made by you in using that food. Eat a protein rich diet as this is the best diet for muscle building. When you start workouts, your muscular weight would increase but fats decrease. So do not confuse due to weight fluctuations during first few days. Take fresh juices after workouts.

4. Keep Your Mind Relaxed: Do not worry about any embarrassing situation. Avoid stress from your daily life problems. Stop thinking about any upcoming imaginary hurdle or failure.

5. Think Good: Always be positive. Think positively and prevent negative thoughts from entering into your mind. Do not be afraid of being sick. Do not be afraid of a failure. Always think about your good health.

6. Good Weekends: Enjoy weekends with loved ones. Have outings and recreational tours and do the pleasant things you like.

7. Try to take rest in the afternoon just for a few minutes. It would energize you to keep along with the remaining tasks of the day without any sign of exhaustion. Even a light sleep of 10 minutes would be sufficient for this purpose. If you can not sleep, just rest with closed eyes.

8. Stop smoking, avoid drugs and limit alcohol use. Smoking loses energy from your body with no benefits and smoker feels it difficult to perform strength and aerobic workouts. Fresh looks can not be achieved with workouts with continued smoking and drug use. Health and fitness can not be achieved without getting ride of smoking.

9. Right Posture: Always stand in the right posture.

10. Have Walks: If you work in a sitting position, have walks after meals especially after dinner.

If you follow the above simple tips, you would find a remarkable change in your health and fitness in a few days.
